एक आदत दूसरे के लिए... देर रात wanks

Dear Diary: About a month ago, I gave up smoking, a month before that dr.gs. I did so cold turkey both times, and as a result I either started wanking a lot or eating a lot. Fair enough, healthy all round meals, but also a lot of sweets -Like A LOT of sweets aha I do need to be careful tho, as to not trade one habit for the other.
